Mô tả công việc
- Support schedule Training Sessions for Customers and Functional Consultant
- Coordinate related department to ensure New Installation and Testing is On Time and Successful
- Send and follow up on invoices and the billing schedule of customers
- Prepare quotation, SLA for
Account Manager- Conduct survey and follow up on outstanding user feedback to ensure no delay in responding back to clients
- Other tasks assigned by Managers
Yêu cầu
- No experience candidate will be trained
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, software)
- Mature, self-motivated and highly-organized.
- Proactive, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English is advantage.
- CV in English (compulsory)
- Age: 22-24
