• Analyze customer requirements and manage projects for the German market
• Assign and coordinate tasks for team members.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
• Evaluate project status and plan operational activities accordingly.
• Train and support team members to enhance their professional skills.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Prepare and submit project reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum B2 level in both spoken and written German
• Experience in project management, team management is an advantage.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Available to work overtime on holiday and Lunar New Year.
