■ Responsible for business Innovation of SAVINA in the field of Sales & operation including the area below;
1 Development of Innovation Initiatives [20%]
· Develop a new innovation theme and implementation methodology and apply them in actual businesses.
· Develop business case for project's scope and documentation to meet project deliverables.
· Project leader to plan, initiate, execute and monitor projects
· Closely communicate & collaborate with HQ/RHQ for project's execution
2 Sales Operation Performance Management [30%]
· Develop process operation's key performance indicators
· Design data driven methodologies to achieve desired business outcomes
· Communicate strategic findings and analytical insights
· Building dashboard to monitor Operation's KPIs and per requests by Management, Business needed.
3 Supply Chain Management [40%]
· Supporting the optimization of supply and inventory plans.
· Identify gaps and supply chain risk and prepare recommendation.
· Monitor PSI, Aging Stock, and related report
· Demand Planning, Sales Operations meeting with key figures and insights
4 Cross-functional support for data analytics, dashboard building [10%]
· Support for Sales & Marketing with data analytics and Power BI dashboard support requests
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in business consulting or project management (preferred)
• MS Power BI, MS Excel development/management with advance knowledge and skills (required)
Necessary Attributes & Skills
• Able to communicate instructions clearly and concisely in a professional manner
• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimal supervision
• Proficient in using computer applications, especially MS Power BI, Excel and Power Point
• Good at English
