MekongLink is a Glocal Open Innovation Platform that connects Korean and international technologies with ASEAN markets through localized partnerships and content-driven B2B sales. We are looking for a Project Assistant with practical experience in international B2B industrial trade and lead generation to manage our expert network, build sales pipelines, and drive real market opportunities for Korean and global solution providers targeting Vietnam and ASEAN markets.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online platforms, and networks to identify and build B2B leads.
Collaborate with Industrial Experts to uncover potential buyers and local partners.
Sales and administrative support activities for global trade
Manage global B2B business pipelines from lead generation to purchase order confirmation.
2. Customer & Partner Relationship Management
Actively manage customers and partners relationships to nurture leads, track progress, and ensure follow-ups.
Communicate directly with local clients, clarify technical/commercial questions, and ensure proper handover to our solution providers.
Customers & Partners data management
3. Support for On/Offline networking activities
Support business networking activities with customers and partners, such as, business matching, university collaboration workshops, seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Trade, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
1-3 years of work experience in international B2B industrial trade, sales coordination, or
business development.
Strong English communication (written & spoken) for B2B negotiations and reporting.
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects (experts, clients, partners) effectively.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation activities
