Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and team to maximize productivity
- Work with internal departments and customers to process documents and paperwork.
- Carrying out administrative duties like:
- Drafting Documentary/Acceptance Certificate/Payment profile/Letter of Guarantee
- Monitoring and checking goods documents/ project records
- Entering project information data on the company's system
- Organizing & Secretary of meetings, presentations, seminars, training, and other events and ensuring that all members are invited and well-informed.
- Maintaining contact with all stakeholders including suppliers, regulatory organizations, and investors.
- Supporting Project Management in other main tasks of the project/ & other taks from Head of Project Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or International Business.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience as Project Assistant in IT (3+ years for Senior).
- Background in SI (System Integration) projects is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about back-office work.
- Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Office; good English communication.
- Trained in Project Management with experience delivering IT solution projects for Telecom, Banking, Government, and Enterprise clients.
