Mô tả công việc
1. Technology Research & Trend Analysis
Support in researching and summarizing insights on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Cloud, SaaS, IoT, etc.) and global innovation trends and applications relevant to SmartOSC's domains.
Support the assessment of technical feasibility and potential use cases for R&D initiatives.
2. Market Research
Support in conducting market research on specific sectors, clients' needs, competitive landscape and product-market fit for proposed ideas or R&D projects.
Assist in building market landscape reports and opportunity assessments.
3. Project Documentation & R&D Support
Assist in drafting and organizing project documents: project briefs, requirement specifications, test plans, technical reports, etc.
Assist in coordinating communication with departments (Marketing, Sales, Delivery, etc) to collect new R&D ideas and explore ways to connect resources to actualise the ideas.
Participate in project meetings, document key findings and follow up on tasks.
Help systematize and visualize research outputs for easy sharing and reference.
4. Innovation Events & Program Support
Assist in the preparation and execution of internal innovation events (e.g., Innovation Day, Hackathons, Ideation Workshops).
Assist in coordinating logistics, documentation, and communication in collaboration with internal stakeholders (L&D, HR, Tech, etc.).
Yêu cầu
Education & Background:
Undergraduate (3rd/4th year) in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience or coursework in technology research, market analysis, product development, or innovation-related activities is a plus.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong interest in technology, startups, and innovation ecosystems.
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret both tech and market data.
Good written communication and documentation skills (Vietnamese & English).
Familiarity with research and collaboration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Notion.
Intermediate English proficiency (able to read and synthesize English tech/market reports, equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
