Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Director (Electronics, Open for Chinese Expat, 3000$, ID21283)
Responsible for the overall management of new electronic product development projects.
Coordinate and manage project schedules from sample development, pilot production, to mass production, ensuring that all project milestones and objectives are achieved as planned.
Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring that project delivery schedules, product quality, and cost targets meet customer requirements.
Lead and manage the project team, coordinate cross-functional resources, and promptly resolve issues arising during project execution.
Identify and control project risks, monitor product quality and project costs, and ensure the successful and efficient implementation of projects.
Drive projects to achieve delivery and company revenue targets while enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing project performance.
Requirement
Male or Female, Chinese nationals only
Age: 35-40 years old
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing electronic product development projects, including at least 1 year in a Director-level or Department Manager-level position
Fluent in both English and Chinese
