Mô Tả Công Việc

Main responsibilities:

Provide close support to Project Development Director in all activities related to project management of the project.
Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams (Project Plan, Project Legal, Project Design, Marketing & Sales, Accounting)
Facilitate the coordination among designers/ consultants/ contractors for design development and problem solving.
Assist for selection and appointment of consultants and contractors
Join various coordination meetings and progress meetings to facilitate coordination process.
Project planning and tasks scheduling
Progress monitoring and reporting detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordination with various parties
Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget.
Ensure HSE agenda is kept in good level in construction site.
Review commercial contracts and progress payments.
Ensure that procurement of materials, supplies and equipment meets project needs.
Carry out a briefing sessions with the development team to fully understand the project parameters and ensure that the outcome is documented and delivered in accordance with the design/project brief.
Proactively communicate the project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc. to the required project expectations.
Advise as necessary throughout the project, inform of potential issues such as delays and budget overrun and work to find solutions to ensure the development standards, budget and program appropriately achieved.
Manage assigned consultants to ensure that they coordinate and liaise with all team members to provide efficient and a managed delivery of the project.
Prepare and oversee of a Project Execution Plan/s that can be used to brief the delivery team on projects delivery requirements, procedures and expectations and ensure that this document is maintained throughout the life of the project.
Exhibit the discipline and general management skills to make sure that the team follow the standard processes and procedures.
Advise Project Development Director and management board local practices/legal procedures in the project construction and development to ensure the project following the current regulations of the residential country
Coordinate with relevant authority, inspector in compensation and clearance issues of the project within the schedule/progress of the project

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Construction, Project Management.

Working Experience:

At least 15 year experience in the field of design and construction of civil including 5 - year experience at relevant level in project management is required, preferably with developers.

Expertise:

Construction: Deep knowledge about building materials, necessary methods and tools in building factories, or other infrastructures such as roads and bridges;
Construction technique: creativity, apply science and technology practically, including the application of principles, techniques, procedures and equipment in many areas of construction, electricity, water etc... to design and build various infrastructures;
Design: deep knowledge about design techniques, tools, construction principles of detailed drawing, perspective drawing and sketching;
Project management: deep knowledge about planning, project management;
Labor safety and environmental hygiene: deep understand about equipment usage guidelines, policies, procedures and technical rules in order to effectively communicate to subordinates, contribute to ensure the safety for the labor in the construction process of infrastructures;
Law: deep understand and update legislation information related to Investment Real Estate, processes, rules and technical standards in the construction industry, with the ability to adapt the changes of legal environment in Viet Nam. Have strategic visions on the direction of investment and business development of the company.
