ONE YEAR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGER
- We are expanding our engineering activities in Asia and are in search of young and talented Asian engineers who have the guts to make a career change to project management and become accountable for Sonion projects from customer inquiry to final production release.
- The project manager is responsible for making project objectives concrete and delivering these objectives within the project constraints of scope, time, and cost. He leads the project team and manages the planning, execution, controlling and closure of a project.
We offer an international development program:
+ Successful candidates shall be eligible for a 12-months intensive training program of global project management.
+ The program includes:
• - Being coached by on-site project management trainer and technical experts from Europe.
• - Training both in classroom and through on-the-job-experience in project management, and other disciplines like English, soft skills, and technical skills.
• - Working alongside with senior project manager in a multinational environment.
• - Rotation through various functions and locations including Netherlands, Poland and Philippines.

** Showing great results after 12 months, you will be assigned to the position of Senior Project Engineer in Vietnam.
