· Understanding tender documents includes technical documents such as P&ID diagrams, single-line diagrams (SLD), and technical data sheets (related to pumps, air compressors, transformers, etc.).

· Work with suppliers to request quotations and verify the completeness and accuracy of technical documentation provided by the supplier.

· Prepare the bid documents (including technical documents and project requirements), clarification documents, and all documents related to the tender package.

· Male/Female aged 22-35, university graduate in mechanical engineering.

· Have experience in bidding processes in accordance with the Law on Bidding.
