Purpose:
To lead project teams to ensure quality of the design & construction work, the safe and effective implementation of the construction of an expansion plan whilst meeting the requirements and protecting the interests of the customer businesses.
Take all digital and automation opportunities to apply to all the site by working with site SRE and regional project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HSES, AIG & statutory compliance:
- Ensure that HSES requirements/ procedures/ processes are fully implemented on the Project.
- Ensure completion of Hazard studies, Hazcon and AIG assessments.
- Ensure that all legal requirements are met throughout the projects.
2. Project management:
- Lead, prepares, schedules, coordinates and monitors the assigned engineering/ plant projects.
- Monitors compliance & performs overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance,...) and reports regularly on project status.
- Audits projects after completion to measure project results against original project goals.
3. Engineering design discipline/ management ensure related performance of the plant:
- Lead the Project Team and Consultant to achieve completion of detailed design work on time, in line with the PDN (Project Definition Note) and in agreement with AN Engineering, and HSES Standards.
- Contributes to site (process) improvements and contributes to/ implement CI / ALPS projects.
- RE (responsible engineer) for the site: compliance to SAQ element, LCP (life critical procedure), LSR (life safety rules) and PSM.
- Implement Waste conservation project.
