To execute all the works related to the project coordination between each department and classification, working out and monitor project schedule and planning
To monitor development and generation of drawings from
Designers
To monitor drawings submittal to Class and require return time
To monitor output and timing of detail design drawings to Production Department
To compile vendor's manual and drawings
To ensure the delivery time of equipment and material are consistent with Production Schedule
To inspect site progress and report
To coordinate with Production department for detail production schedules for various trades
To monitor work progress on regular basis
To report equipment information that are lacking for production
To supply equipment information- dimension, weight, COG (center of gravity), etc
To coordinate closely with D&E,
Purchasing, Production, HSE and QC departments
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Can use AutoCAD, MS, and Office Software skillfully
· Good commands in English speaking and writing
· Excellence in teamwork and cooperation with all company disciplines.
