Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
Assessment and report project risks of Environment - Health - Safety at factory site and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
Oversee project procurement planning management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the
Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports as requirements
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting EHS assurance check/ audit
Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Understand deeply on EHS requirements and gov. standard for construction and manufacturing
Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance and other team for EHS assessment
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards
Assures systems compatibility for auditing EHS.· Determines building requirements including utilities, water, sewer, electrical, hazardous material requirements
Lead on all the EHS activity including review process, check and audit at site from the starting project until Job1 and so on.
Update all the EHS requirements with related functional department, vendors, researchers for compliance
