YOUR MISSION As a Web Project Leader at ELCA, you are the primary contact for our contractor and interdisciplinary teams. You will:
› Be responsible for projects from planning to acceptance
› Ensure projects are under control with respect of time, quality and budget objectives
› Apply agile project management methods
› Lead team members in their daily tasks regarding requirements engineering or technical explanations
› Report project progress and issues to group leader, requesting support if necessary
› Communicate project status to the Contractor, reporting issues together with resolution proposals when help is needed from the Contractor
› Be the key developer of Web projects using ASP.NET MVC (mostly Sitefinity)
YOUR STRENGTH
› Pleasure in coaching and managing engineers
› Good hands-on technical skills in web oriented NET stack
› Expertise in Sitefinity or the desire to learn it fast
› Very good communication and presentation skills
› Interest in business process and data modeling
Yêu cầu
YOUR PROFILE We expect from you:
› Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
› At least 5 years of overall experience in software development
› Experience in web development is required, Sitefinity is a plus
› Good knowledge in software development including analysis and/or design
› Practical knowledge of Microsoft SQL database
› Experience in project management, controlling, requirements engineering management is a plus
› Interest in Quality Process (CMMI)
› An agile development mindset
› Fluency in English communication
