An International Real Estate development company based in HCMC is looking for 3 Legal Leaders to join its expanding team, report to Legal Manager. Ideal candidates will possess at least three years' experience in either in-house or private practise environment.
About the Legal Counsel Role:
You will be in charge of advising matters pertaining to the company's operation and development projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Duties:
- Monitoring legal process of the project under construction and post-construction phase;
- Working with MOC, DOC, DONRE, PCCC, etc. for inspection of the project during construction and acceptance to put into operation;
- Solving disputes between the Developer and relating external parties such as neighborhood, local authorities and others;
- Supporting other teams in handing over houses to customers, infrastructures to local authorities;
- Conducting procedure for obtaining Certificate of land/house use right, house ownership and other properties associated with the land/house for customers;
- Working with competent authorities to conduct procedure for infrastructure connections for the project;
- Other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu
- University graduate with Law bachelor degree;
- At least 3 years experiences in the same position;
- Responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated, and hard-working;
- Problem-solving skill;
- Good research, analytical skills, and logical thinking;
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure;
- Solid understanding of Real Estate Law, Housing Law, Construction Law and other relevant regulations;
- Having experience in working with authorities, creating and remaining relationship with authorities;
- Good English skill;
- Experience with Real Estate Company is an added advantage.
