AnyMind D2C is a corporate package plan that specializes in direct-to-consumer business from market research, product development, EC site production, logistics, and marketing solutions. We also offer multilingualization and global expansion support options that take advantage of our global network.
What You Will Do
Support and work closely with Senior and internal teams (e-commerce teams, media performance, eSOL, content production, customer service, supply chain, etc.) to serve client's campaign objectives.
Support to ensure and facilitate cross-team, cross-department coordination.
Be responsible for account and project management, and deliver end-to-end campaign and project performance.
Follow up and do paperwork including but not limited: to sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO, etc.).
Support other tasks if needed.
Who You Are
A recognized university degree
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Negotiation skill & critical thinking
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Experience in D2C business is a plus
