On the job you will

Lead the successful implementation of Change Management projects that will have a positive impact on the company, these projects can be solely internal (i.e. executed within the company) or external (i.e. customer projects).
You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple Change projects
- Execute Change projects while ensuring all aspects of the Change are considered: Business, People, Technology and Processes.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques and tools
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term milestones.
- Conduct Risk assessment and control to avoid or mitigate risks in projects
- Manage relationship with Internal and external stakeholders
- Report and escalate to management when needed

Yêu cầu

At least 2 years of proven experience working in Project Management or other related fields.
We're looking for well-rounded, digitally minded talents
Capable of Multi-tasking, good at time management, negotiation skills, and detail orientation
Versatile in handling people of different personality types under all circumstances
Design thinking & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
University Degree, Certifications in Project Management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
