Job Requirements Develop strategies for using, implementing, integrating and managing online training systems to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of training sales teams, business managers and executives.
Strategy development, implementation and integration of online training systems:
• Develop strategies to use online training systems: Learning Management System, Virtual Classroom, Online learning...
• Receiving, implementing and maintaining the online training system
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to integrate with other systems of the company according to the common requirements of the company in order to reverse the compatibility and consistency of the system
Management and operation of online training systems:
• Manage the company's online training systems
• Coordinate with service providers to handle arising problems
• Manage project team members to ensure completion of assigned tasks according to predetermined timelines
Support the department to build eLearning course content
• Support the eLearning course content development department in testing the forms of lecture content, uploading the lectures to the online training system
• Build the necessary script framework & support program design.
Build reports, analyze and propose solutions: based on student activity report data to predict challenges and opportunities to propose solutions to improve or generate new ideas to develop faster learning activity
Perform other tasks/projects assigned by Management Levels
Work Experience University degree in Business, Law, Training Management or Economics
At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources, training. At least 3 years in a management position
Good knowledge of Training activities, Sales, Marketing, eLearning
Excellent e-learning project management, presentation and negotiation skills
Good communication and communication skills
Good analytical skills
Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Power point)
Good people management and planning skills
Administration of information technology system, training management system, online training system
Understanding visualization techniques, demonstration in training (online)
Understand the process of building and developing courses (online)
Experience in building internal training programs for enterprises
Mastering different training methods and principles for adults
Experience in using tools to build eLearning lessons (Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Adobe Captivate ...)
Fluent in English reading, writing and communication
