Role Purpose To execute Project Management and Project Engineering activities relating to assigned Capital Projects, ensuring projects are delivered, on time, in full and meeting all necessary regulatory and / or local governmental guidelines

Key responsibilities The Project Manager / Engineer is responsible for the delivery of assigned projects, through developing, implementing, coordinating and tracking performance of all project activities, as agreed with the Site Engineering Head and Global Project Management Leader.
Focus will be on Capital Project Delivery at Global TechOps production sites in Vietnam, with a specific focus on process standardization, execution efficiency and performance tracking, responsibilities will include:
Deliver assigned Capital Projects adhering to Global STADA PM Processes and aligning to ISPE good project management guidelines, ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Manage all aspects of Sub-contractor service providers, such as Design, Engineering and Construction companies
Define and implement site level project tracking processes and reporting structure, both internally and for external service providers
Develop and implement project financial tracking processes.
Develop and maintain master schedule of all activities relating to assigned projects
Prepare and maintain full financial control of execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all necessary project delivery controls are in place with all sub-contracted Design, Engineering and Constructions service providers of the project
Perform reviews and audits as necessary to identify reliability and performance improvements
Prepare and report data and information on Project Management progress for management teams as defined and agreed with the Global Project Management Leader / Global Head of Engineering.
Key Accountabilities
HSE: Develop a safety culture employing accident and near miss reporting, risk assessments and method statements in all areas of Project Management
GMP: Ensure activities and changes of Project Management practices are made in line with government and inspectorate body guidelines
Customer Service: Proactively manage projects and resources (if applicable) to ensure service level expectations are met and that Engineering's customers are "delighted" with services provided (Site Engineering Heads, Peers - operational and functional etc.)
Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Dipl. Ing. M.Sc., BEng or B.Sc.) or equivalent
University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, or other related technical field
Relevant Project Management experience (> 10 years) in an Engineering function in the pharmaceutical industry (or industry with comparable processes). In-depth knowledge and experience (> 10 years) of international industry Project Management standards
Significant knowledge of Design and Construction projects, GMP facility design and associated GxP process equipment, utilities etc.
Experience overseeing construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
Demonstrated leadership experience, leading multi-disciplined subcontractor base in Construction biased projects
Demonstrated experience delivering high value construction projects in Pharmaceutical industry, or similar industry
Outstanding Technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to deliver safe and fully compliant technical solutions
Manufacturing process knowledge and process equipment knowledge of pharmaceutical operations
Experience in developing / implementing Project Management Programs / Systems
Well-developed communication skills, able to present comfortably to Senior Management and to Technical experts
Pro-active, motivated, with a clear passion to drive change and make significant improvements
Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of key non-technical business processes, Human Relations, Finance
Advance HSE and GxP/QA knowledge.
Good command of English
