WHAT YOU&039;LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Responsible for end- to- end Firmware project delivery in various categories of products: Display smartwatch, Hybrid smartwatch,.. as also the manufacturing support.
Lead project execution, track progress against the project plan throughout the product life cycle.
Collaborate between other teams and internal team to develop detailed project plans, including deliverables, schedules, resources, dependencies and risks
Develop and manage multiple project schedules, identify dependencies, risks management and communicate with other teams/ stakeholders
Define problem solving /risk mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution and foster an environment of cooperation that allows the best ideas to come through
Interface with partners to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Foster a collaborative relationship that ensures alignment across all companies involved in our projects.
Manage the day- to- day activities of projects and manpower; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule

WHAT WE NEED
Must have
B.S. or B.A. degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of hands-on Project management.
At least 2 years experience in Software Engineer OR Embedded Engineer.
Strong English skills
Experience in communication with vendors to get documentation and sample for firmware development is a plus
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong project management with proven track record of delivering commercial products
Strong leadership and people management skills are highly required.
Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, business stakeholders, end users, management and others outside the organization
Nice to have
Experience in Embedded development (preferred)
Experience in Agile software development process; Knowledge in product manufacturing
Technical architecture design and high level knowledge in firmware development, scalable systems and Bluetooth Low Energy
Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge in Linux system, RTOS, WearOS architecture are big pluses
