JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of cloud transformation and managed services projects built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
You will work at the intersection of our internal delivery teams, enterprise customers, and third-party vendors - ensuring that every engagement is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to both business objectives and AWS best practices. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will translate complex cloud initiatives into structured, executable project plans while maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholder levels - from C-suite executives to technical engineers.
This is an experienced position, client-facing role best suited for a results-driven project leader who thrives in a fast-paced cloud services environment and is passionate about delivering impactful digital transformation outcomes powered by AWS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Engagement Management
• Own full project lifecycle - from kickoff through closure - for AWS cloud projects.
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with strong organization and prioritization.
• Ensure all activities meet contractual obligations, SLAs, and AWS Partner quality standards.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal leadership, and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams of AWS architects, engineers, and
business analysts.
• Provide regular project updates via reports, steering committees, and executive briefings.
• Mentor junior PMs and promote project management best practices across the organization.
Risk, Change & Issue Management
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Own the change request process - evaluating scope impacts and securing approvals.
• Facilitate resolution of conflicts between stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
• Escalate and resolve issues swiftly while maintaining project momentum.
