Project Manager/ Scrum Master Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that adapts quickly to creative change and focuses on Agile development principles including well-preparation for Sprint Planning, Daily Meeting and Sprint Retrospective
• Create project timelines, and manage creative, development milestones and deliverables
• Closely follow-up with project to ensure project deliverables are met
• Observe, Identify Problems, Update, and Review the Agile Development and Team Collaboration workflow
• Identify Project tasks and their description, sequence, interaction, dependencies, resource and skill requirements, in-process status, completion time and resource time requirement estimates
• Determine Critical Path, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Task List, Project Task Calendar, Schedule.
• Manage projects in collaboration with other teams with strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills to ensure project objectives and milestones are reached
• Effectively balance the needs of the planned product features, issues, and growth activities as the needs of the product
• Manage resources for each assigned task to ensure that the project remains on schedule
• Work closely with the product owner and other teams to remain in full communication on the status and details of each project, including any cost or timing issues that may arise
• Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience of successfully leading large, complex projects in an Agile development environment as a Project Manager
• Facilitate scrum meetings and sprint planning
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• English is equivalent of IELTS 6.5

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software development, or product management.
• Scrum Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience in e-commerce/SaaS product
