To lead and manage System Integration (SI) projects across IT infrastructure domains (network, system, cloud, security, etc.), ensuring successful implementation and integration while meeting clients' technical specifications and business requirements.
Project Management: Manage the scope, timeline, budget, and quality of SI projects
throughout the lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Work directly with Clients and relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical teams during the implementation, integration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Go-live phases.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate integration risks, focusing on security, system performance, and compatibility issues.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to Contracts and Project Processes; provide regular status reports to all stakeholders.

Functional Competencies:
Ability to manage complex SI projects involving multiple stakeholders and high technical requirements.
Strong capability in building and maintaining relationships with Clients and partners.
Proficiency in managing risks related to integration, security, and operations.
Understanding of IT operations to effectively coordinate activities within SI projects.
Strong commitment to complying with contracts, processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and
stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent role.
Preferred Background:
Experience working with Government/Public Sector or Banking & Finance clients is a strong plus.
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL are preferred.
Experience working with technology vendors, subcontractors, and implementation partners is advantageous.
