Good understanding of key concepts in software delivery
Work with team of Developers (BE, Mobile, QC), Designers and Marketing to continue to build an quality product
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that issues are clearly and concisely articulated and problems can be appropriately resolved.
Contribute to backlog management, prioritization within the team
Control and manage all area of project
Ensure that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.
Monitor performance and coaching subordinate in development process, management skill and solving method.
Establish clear goals and trackable metrics, pushing progress to ensure execution is on track.
Create a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture, and environment for development team
Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or equivalent major
Minimum of 2 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required
Minimum of 1 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products market
Experience in managing budgets, estimation, and resources
Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work
Very good at team management skill
Hard-working and self-driven
Good English is reading and writing
Proactive in proposing solutions and acting to obtain project objectives
Willing to cooperate with stakeholders
Willing to improve, be innovative, and creative
Positive thinking, high sense of responsibility
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good document writing skills
Practical experience in hiring development team member and maintain efficient work culture
Good pressure resistance
