Việc làm Project Manager

Mô tả công việc

- Plan, organize and manage projects from scoping phase to implementation
- Identify resource requirements (defined skills, competencies, roles and responsibilities) to assemble the project team
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of quality, scope, schedule and budget
- Conduct ROI (Return on Investment) analysis and business case studies for project approval
- Work closely with business sponsors and internal teams to evaluate business scope/objectives, assess impacts to the project and develop the most cost-effective and efficient solutions
- Develop detailed status reports and summarized executive updates
- Coordinate project deliverables across all areas of the organization and vendors
- Build a high performance project team by leading, mentoring, motivating and inspiring individuals to meet project requirements
- Alert management to project issues such as cost, schedule or scope change
- Negotiate resolutions to project issues where cost, schedule, scope or quality are at risk
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed according to plan

Yêu cầu

- University Graduate - major: Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
- Min. 3 years of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, audit, consulting, etc.) and IT
- Min. 1 year of experience in project management/participation in projects
- Exposure with IT related project management is a huge advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS-Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio and reporting tools)
- Proven success in the following job competencies:
- Project Planning, Scheduling, Tracking and Reporting
- Project Management Lifecycle
- Risk and Issue Planning
Strong research and analytical skills
General Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Disciplined and self-motivator
• Strong business acumen/entrepreneur spirit
• Able to identify project risks and proactively work to mitigate them
• Good people manager, developer, coach and mentor to junior staff
