Parcel Perform is looking for creative individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills!

• Ensure progress and accountability for all ad-hoc projects of the D&I team across AI, analytics, machine learning, engineering and data modeling.
• Work with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales or Finance - enable them to use D&I capabilities efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with the team's leadership to make sure the organization works efficiently, team members have the resources they need, and priorities are shared with everyone.
• Work with application squad PMs to ensure that all staffing needs, resource requirements, schedules and responsibilities are aligned and priorities are clearly communicated and universally agreed on.
• Cooperate with Customer Success to ensure any client deployments backed by D&I technologies are run efficiently and smoothly, with requirements clearly communicated and timelines transparently shared.

• Above all, a person with outstanding communication skills in Vietnamese and English, in particular the ability to:

1. Independently identify where communication gaps exist, and proactively closing them.
2. Translate between highly technical and highly non-technical audiences.

• Proactive and driven mentality.
• Highly organized personality with great attention to detail.
• Experience with e-commerce and data products is desirable, but we can build this with you.
• Willingness to learn and expand on your experiences is a must.
• A university degree is generally expected, but we are open to having your communication skills convince us otherwise.
