Mô tả công việc
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication of project goals.
- Leading the activities of meetings and maintaining the product backlog
- Contribute to backlog management and prioritization within the team
- Contribute towards release planning and release signoffs
- Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution when discussing issues across squads
Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years of experience in a PM role IT or software development industry, good fintech knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiar with Azure Board, MS Project, JIRA/Confluence,... for dashboards, board configuration, burndown, and similar tools.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for project management.
- Possess strong problem solving, analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize accordingly
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and process
- Excellent communication and leadership, conflict resolution and conflict management skills
- Highly organized and excellent time management ability.
