- Assist the Project Coordinator / Manager in managing the full project cycle, from initiation to completion.
- Track and document project progress, maintaining up-to-date records and notes.
- Follow and implement project plans, ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders, including donors, partners, clients, informal waste sectors, community organizations, government officials, corporate executives, and the general public.
- Work professionally and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct primary and secondary research in both English and Vietnamese, including online research, in-field data collection, stakeholder interviews, surveys, etc.
- Work closely with government officials to support document submission and other project-related tasks.
Participate in field data collection to acquire primary research data, including stakeholder interviews and surveys.
- Analyze and interpret data, drafting written reports for review by the
Project Manager.
- Handle administrative tasks such as translating, maintaining databases, preparing reports, and supporting procurement processes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- At least 1-2 years of professional experience (experience in environmental projects, supporting underprivileged communities or farmers, agriculture, sustainability, or waste management is preferred).
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept in report writing, presenting findings, and handling data queries.
- Strong ability to coordinate and work effectively in a small team.
