Mô tả công việc
Job Scope(s):
- Monitor for all information relating exiting projects
- Research and develop price policy for new project accordance with project's FS approved.
- Coordinate with partners of construction and project management to check and investigate current project's status for payment periods to partners.
- Follow up cash flow of projects, check and update sold out units and remaining units.
- Control promotion policy, commission policy to ensure revenue target as business plans.
- Finally confirm the revenue for Sales department
- Provide info & support to Customer Service department to proceed payment period with customers.
- Work with legal all matters relating project then instruct all departments for process.
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Yêu cầu
Skill Requirement(s):
- Graduate Bachelor of Economics filed in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 year experience of position in real estate field
- Good working attitude
- Skill of problem-solving, time management, analyst
- Well organized, can work with less instructions and under pressure.
- Good communication in English
