Position Summary
Space T is an all-in-one interior platform, offering community/construction/ e-commerce
and making it easy and affordable for homeowners. We're on a mission to innovate
space (Home, etc.) with technology and there are a number of existing problems to be
solved through technology in the interior industry.
We are looking for a
project manager who is responsible for planning, overseeing, and
leading projects from ideation through to completion
This is a senior role at an organization and requires interaction with a range of internal
and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts
simultaneously
An ideal Project Manager job description should be multi-skilled and highly capable
candidates
The goal is to convert as many customers as possible, achieve sales targets and
complete projects as efficiently and promptly as possible
Job Description
● Sales and consulting: Discuss with potential clients to define and clarify specific
requirements of each project and offer them advice on interior style, work scope,
budget, etc.
● Concept: Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief" by
interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans (2D-based,
3D-advanced, Technical Drawing)
● Construction: Ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality, and budget. Designing
risk mitigation plan. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives,
involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
● Coordination & Control: manage internal and external resources to ensure
resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor
and track progress. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and
summarize the progress of the project. Delegate project tasks based on junior
staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Track
project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
and long-term goals.
● Communication: Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders (external:
sub-cons, internal: team). Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared
with clients and other staff members. Prepare reports for upper management
regarding the status of the project.
● Contract: Designing and signing off on contracts. And overseeing all incoming
and outgoing project documentation. Meet budgetary objectives and make
adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
● Material Selections: Research and decide on materials and product sourcing,
and work closely with suppliers and sub-constructors
● Optimization: Improving processes and the overall approach where necessary,
material library, pricing database, supply chain, customer satisfaction (real-life
case studies), and sub-cons network. Research and follow industry changes,
evolutions, and best practices
