DESCRIPTION:
Receive work assignments from the Project Leader (PL) and Manager.
Translate documents and interpret between Japanese and Vietnamese.
Coordinate with departments, providing timely feedback to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
Proactively propose solutions to address project functions, ensuring implementation according to the set plan.
Plan, estimate costs, and calculate the necessary human resources for the project.
Check and evaluate the daily progress and quality of work of Sub Leaders and team members, providing quick feedback.
Conduct job training to help team members understand their duties and responsibilities.
Lead team members in terms of processes, professionalism, and technical aspects, motivating them to complete tasks on time.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on work progress.
Perform other duties as assigned by the
Project Manager (PM)
Equipped with training aimed at preparing for Team Lead and Sub Lead positions

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study.
Having experience in project management, preferably in data labeling or IT projects.
Good at 4 skills of Japanese: speaking, reading, listening, writing (N2 level or higher)
Leadership skills, self-management, and team-management skills.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
