Project Staff

1.Designing and implementing the overall recruiting plan as client's requirement
2.Involving in end to end recruitment (from sourcing candidates until on boarding)
3.Hands on experience with screening, interviewing, etc.
4.Sourcing and attracting candidates by working with MKT team, cooperating with universities, using own database, etc.
5.Delivery client's culture to candidates by providing a professional recruitment process
6.Data analysing and reporting the progress to client frequently
7.Providing the most efficient and convenient recruitment process to our clients
8.In case of public projects, frequently communicating with oversea branches to update information and requirements from Japan headquater.
9.Managing, controling, reporting project progress and budget. Well organizing and storing documents.
10. Working with admin team, accounting, GA team to full fill all administration documents.
11.Supporting other teams if needed and other taks required by managers
