Mô tả công việc
Your duties & responsibilities:
• Managing small Team on testing and trial new PU projects along with daily activities
• Develop and trial new PU materials
• Supervise the quality and quantity of the new PU projects
• Foreseeing potential quality and manufacturability issues for mass production process
• Take care and provide technical feedback and evaluation on new projects and material trials
• Forecast and Testing/production planning with Production Team
• Project follow ups ( testing, sample confirmation and review )
• Report and present to PU Team supervisor the whole PU projects trials technical feedback
• Communicate with the Lab about test results
• Communicate with the mold shop and
Project manager with feedback on mold testing and trials
• Take care of development project handover to production
• Prepare handover documents, quality manuals and SOPs
• Raising MS Office Power Point presentation together with the Development Team.
Yêu cầu
What we expect:
• Graduates from Technical High School and or similar technical background preferred
• Polyurethane knowledge is a requirement
• Confident knowledge of PU molds construction is required
• At least 3-5 years working experience in the footwear industry on similar positions
• Confident knowledge of Polyurethane footwear components processing is required
• Proactive , creative and have a hard working and cooperative mindset (teamwork)
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge with MS Office
• Capable to train Team
• Team management (Leadership)
