REPORTING LINES
Direct report- Housekeeping Manager / Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES-GENERAL
To maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of F&B outlets, Functions, offices, and public areas ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel.
To work on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To shampoo and upkeep carpets holstery and hard flooring in accordance to Property standards.
To report for duty punctually in full regulation uniform.
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other Department.
To follow up duties from the previous shift.
To handle equipments with care and cleaning supplies.
To respond to handy talky and follow up where cleaning is needed.
Clean and maintain functions room, restrooms, offices and public areas assigned to him/her according to property standard
Attend to general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/her periodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers. Ceiling, A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and fixtures and places asides form performing his daily cleaning duties.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Property's policy relating to Fire & emergency, Hygiene, health and safety.
To requisition and obtains supplies and cleaning material from linen room daily with approval from supervisor.
To report unusual incidents and suspicious looking characters to supervisor immediately.
To report on repair and maintenance to supervisor.
To report items found in public areas to Housekeeping Lost/Found directly.
Have a good relationship with all colleagues.
Be understandable, supportive, encouraging and helpful to all.
Perform other related duties and special projects as requires by Housekeeping Manager both within and outside the Property
