As a PR Specialist, you are the strategic lead and reputation guardian for KiN Group across our key Asian markets. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will act as a central hub, ensuring our brand narrative is sophisticated and consistent across borders. You are responsible for managing external agencies and internal communications to ensure Kin is perceived as a sophisticated, international-standard boutique brand.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Stewardship & Media Coordination
- Lead and coordinate with both local and international PR agencies (Singapore, Malaysia, China) to execute regional campaigns.
- Act as the final "gatekeeper" to review, edit, and approve all press materials produced by agencies, ensuring the "KiN voice" is impeccable.
- Strategically spread corporate and brand news across prestige magazines, newspapers, and digital platforms in all target markets.
2. Corporate & Internal Communications
- Craft high-level announcements for the official website and professional emails for all staff members to ensure a unified company culture.
- Ensure all internal and external messaging reflects the brand's values and sophisticated aesthetic.
3. Media Relations
- Cultivate direct relationships with international lifestyle editors and travel journalists.
- Organize and host premium media stays, acting as the brand's lead ambassador to showcase the KiN experience with global-standard polish.
4. Reputation Management
- Digital stewardship: Monitor and respond to international guest feedback on global platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking) with wit, empathy, and professional English.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years in PR or corporate communications; prefer experience in both agency and in-house roles. Must have experience working in companies with multiple countries exposure.
- Advanced English skill (similar to IELTS 6.5 and above, ability to write sophisticated copy and negotiate with foreign partners); Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant bonus.
- Proven ability to "vet" and manage the output of high-tier PR agencies.
- A "social butterfly" with a professional backbone; capable of representing the brand at high-end galas and managing complex projects with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to manage and optimize workflows.
