Machine Operation & Machining
Operate CNC punching machines and Turret Punching machines to punch holes and cut shapes on sheet metal accurately.
Perform machining tasks strictly according to technical drawings, specifications, and daily production plans.
Quality Control & Maintenance
Inspect product dimensions and quality thoroughly after the machining process to ensure all parts meet required standards.
Perform basic and routine machine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
Ensure absolute compliance with workplace safety protocols and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
Team Coordination
Coordinate closely with team members and Vietnamese supervisors during the production process to meet manufacturing targets.

Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
Experience & Knowledge
Prior experience in CNC machine operation or sheet metal machining is highly preferred.
Candidates without prior experience are highly welcome to apply and will receive comprehensive on-the-job training.
Skills & Competencies
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately is considered a strong advantage.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial manufacturing tools.
Personality & Attitude
Male candidates are preferred due to the physical requirements of the manufacturing and machine operation environment.
Must possess good physical health and stamina to handle daily factory operations.
Hardworking, careful, and highly responsible in executing daily production tasks.
