Mô tả công việc
Manage procurement activities for all BOM components (connectors, raw materials, mechanical parts, electronic parts, plating, etc.).
Develop and qualify suppliers according to Amphenol standards (quality, cost, delivery, compliance).
Work with Engineering, Planning, and Production to understand demand forecast and material requirements.
Negotiate pricing, lead time, payment terms, and supply agreements with vendors.
Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality issues, cost saving initiatives).
Support new product introduction (NPI) by securing components in early development phases.
Analyze market trends and risks for BOM-related commodities.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and international regulations (RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, etc.).
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical/
Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in component sourcing or BOM procurement in manufacturing (preferably electronics/mechanical industry).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes: CNC, stamping, molding, machining, plating.
English or Chinese proficiency, good to have both languages
