Position:
Purchase administration for the purchase and storage of aircraft spare parts.
Work Description:
The main aspect of the work is mainly done using computer, telephone, and proper communication with colleagues and management. This position requires flexibility, pro-activity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Receipt of POs from customers
- Clarify and process the customer POs
- Contact with other Aerotechnic outlet through our company software (SPM) or with supplier using phone.
- Create and send POs to suppliers through SPM
- Follow-up of PO deliveries by communicating with other Aerotechnic outlets and suppliers
- Solve problems on a case by case basis in a pro-active manner
- Follow outstanding invoices and push the customers to settle these invoices.
- Work closely with management on the Stock Build-up effort ("Stock Master List")
Customers:
Airlines and MRO located in Asia/Pacific (India, Sri Lanka, New Caledonia, Tahiti, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, etc ....)
Company:
Private company registered in Singapore with an office in HCMC Vietnam; distributor for Asia-Pacific region of aircraft spare parts; foreign management.

The Candidate:
- Good level in English (written & spoken)
- Proficient with Pack Office (Word, Excel, etc ...)
- Willing to work in an international environment and flexible to adapt to this environment
- Adaptable, reliable, pro-active, organized, rigorous, and precise
- Interested by the Aeronautical field
