- Secure enough wheat for flour milling bussiness activities.
- Sourcing supplier for Wheat and sugar, as well as keep relationship with suppliers.
- Coordiante with finance team for balancing finance plan for wheat & sugar raw material
- Resolve of import-export issues if any problem during import & exporting operation, and ensuring exercise and implement all the rights and obliagtions of tax, customs for import-export.
- Ensure all data inputing to SAP system matched with requirement and Accounting's instruction of right accounting and finance process.
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors and other parties to ensure cost is the most competive.
- Monthly repot of Wheat purchased result, comming shipment shedule, and wheat buying and payment schedule
- Updating on changes in law of customs, tax, animal and plant quanratines, finance, import & export activity.
- Selling wheat/bran and other raw matterial
- Support to sort out if any issue on clearance of finished product
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent or higher
- Major in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Logistics, Bussiness Adminatraton...
- Minimum relevant experience of 5 years with a good knowledge of procurement and import-export
- Strong abilities in written and spoken English
- Good negotiating & communication skills
- Hard working, paitent and good team working spirit as well as good manage skill
- Dynamic & quick mind
- High spirit working of responsibility
