Mô tả công việc
• Completing breakfast daily PO for restaurant
• Receiving PR/CR from departments, checking budget and send to BIM Purchasing and Upload into BIM purchasing software.
• Follow-up PR/CR and receiving goods together with departments, BIM purchasing and consolidate all receiving reports and invoices which we received goods but not yet process payment or input store.
• Receive advance & payment documents, check on BIM purchasing software.
• Completing breakfast, stationery, ink, gas report
• Learn & understand P&P Procurements as well as Tender Process
• Annual contracts (Get involved in contractual formation of yearly purchases with focus on cost savings, comfort to management and uninterrupted operation)
• Vendor sourcing (Responsible for sourcing as many vendors as possible to ensure diversification, competitiveness and quality of goods/services purchased)
Yêu cầu
- Male
- University graduate, major in English, Foreign Trade, Economic.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, self motivated, enthusiastic, Honest.
- Creative thinking, strong analytical and synthetical skills;
- Organizing, planning and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
