Ensuring the company secures the best products/services at the best prices
- Able conduct analysis of a target market to identify and get the best purchasing deals
- Oversee preparation and processing of purchase orders according to established company policies
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase records as well as product inventory and deliveries
- Able to conduct negotiations with suppliers/vendors to determine product price, delivery schedule, and credit terms
- Ensuring that all product purchases are in line with company policies and procedures
- Ensure suppliers comply with internal quality standards and external laws
- Conduct assessments to identify new and reliable suppliers/vendors
- Prepare and manage budget for the purchase department
Yêu cầu
3+ years of retail procurement experience
- Availability to work at any time of the day and at the hours necessary, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Able to travel both locally or oversea
- Strong communication skills- Good in English
- Must be able to read, analyze and make decisions based on data from the reports in order to take key procurement decisions.
- Strong in employee Management, inventory analysis, visual merchandising & cost management
