Mô tả công việc
1. Directly working with related department (Planning; Development; Ware house) to get order for fabrics, linings and trims for suits.
2. Planning and allocating additional purchases in stock / straight / direct / recurring / required and incurred:
3. Contacting with local and oversea supplier for fabric and trims purchasing
- Going to market every day and buy the fabrics and trims necessary for our production
- Negotiating terms of Purchase and post-contractual monitoring (moq, payment, delivery, customs clearance).
- Finding new suppliers for necessary fabrics, linings and trims
- Transport (pickup) from local market and delivery to MCT the fabrics and trims
- Monitor and solving problem such as quality, quantity, shortage quantity, color matching, types of goods , delivery information problem, papers delivery, invoice to ensure the plan and law.
- Initiate the proposal and offer directly to the pickup immediately after approval.
- Handling all orders to achieve production plan and daily updating order status.
- Contract management, assessment of purchase efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring and inspection of materials until the goods are delivered to customers.

Yêu cầu
Priority candidates have:
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills by English
• Experience in purchasing for textile, good knowledge of local market for suits
• Good office computer and internet skills
