1. Quality Management System
- Establish, implement, maintain and improve Quality Management Systems such as: ISO 9001, ANSI/ESD S20.20.
- Develop, review, update, and control: Quality policies, procedures, work instructions standards, and records.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with quality system requirements.
2. Product Quality Assurance
- Manage quality control activities including: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), in-Process Quality Control (IPQC), outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
- Define inspection criteria, control plans, and inspection/testing methods.
- Review and approve: First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP, Control Plans (if applicable).
- Analyze nonconformities and defects using problem solving tools such as: 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis.
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
3. Audit and Compliance
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
- Act as the main contact for: Customer audits, Certification bodies, Regulatory or external assessment organizations.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and nonconformities.
4. Cross Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Engineering,
Purchasing, R&D, and other departments to: Resolve quality issues, improve processes, reduce defects and quality risks.
5. New Product Development & Sales Coordination
- Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer quality requirements, specifications, and expectations for new products.
- Support quality planning and risk assessment for new product development and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
- Provide quality-related input and feedback to Sales during quotation, sample submission, and pre-production stages.
- Coordinate internally with Engineering and Production to ensure customer quality requirements are properly translated into production and inspection stan
- Bachelor's degree or higher in: Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Materials, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing.
- At least 2-3 years in a quality management or supervisory role.
- Experience working with customers and external audits is required.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality tools.
- Ability to use English in working.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality standards.
- Proficient in problem solving, data analysis, and improvement tools.
