- Arrange and monitor the workload of QA /
Lab Technician- Address and resolve quality issues with related department, especially the defects with high defect rate in the production and repeated defects.
- Mentor and manage QAs, assign tasks and conduct performance review.
- Monitor, follow up and check the process to find and prevent in the right time.
- Conduct regular and randomly audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control process and quality standards.
- Participate in meeting and resolve the quality issue.
- Communicate and work closely with customers QC related to quality standards and inspection.
- Arrange and provide office supplies for QA.
- Assist for customer QC's inspection; prepare foods and payment.
- Other tasks are assigned by direct management.
Yêu cầu
- Strong knowledge of quality standard, requirement in the garment industry.
- Strong knowledge for the quality control process.
* Years of experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a textile factory in same position or relevant position.
- Bachelor or college's degree in Textile major, or a related field.
