Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure effective and accurate implementation of quality control processes throughout production.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality inspection processes across all stages of production.
- Supervise, evaluate, and train QA staff to improve their skills and work efficiency.
- Collaborate with production team and quality control teams to ensure that incoming materials, in-process items, and final products meet quality standards.
- Analyze, address, and report any quality issues that arise during production, proposing corrective actions and improvements.
- Oversee quality reporting, monitor the implementation of quality standards, and manage risk control related to product quality.
- Ensure all quality standards meet customer requirements, internal policies, and legal regulations.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in QA, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and techniques in garment manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software
- At least 10 years of experience in QA, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in the garment manufacturing industry.
