Mô tả công việc
1. QMS Management & Compliance (Quản lý Hệ thống & Đánh giá)
Oversee and continually optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with internal standards and external regulations.
Lead and participate in internal/external audits; track findings and ensure timely resolution.
2. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement (Chất lượng & Cải tiến)
Establish and update quality standards, procedures, and documentation across production lines.
Analyze quality metrics, non-conformances, customer complaints, and returns to identify trends and root causes.
Develop corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA) and recommend process optimizations to senior management.
3. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration (Lãnh đạo & Phối hợp)
Lead, mentor, and train the QA team on quality standards and operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and maintain product quality.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior leadership.

Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of QA management experience, preferably in manufacturing (cookware factory experience is a plus).
Strong working knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Skills & Competencies
Languages: Good professional English (written & spoken).
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and QMS data analysis tools.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, root cause analysis, cross-functional communication, and team-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of QA management experience, preferably in manufacturing (cookware factory experience is a plus).
