Department: Operation
Division: Project
Direct Reporting Lines: Project Director
- Develop and maintain a QA/QC Plan that meets internal and external requirements.
- Ensure that all materials and products used in the company meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, quality audits, and checks on all products and services.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal quality procedures, policies, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Attend meetings with clients and project managers to discuss quality issues and resolve problems.
- Provide technical support to departments to maintain and improve the quality of products and services.
- Ensure that all documentation related to QA/QC is kept up-to-date and maintained.
- Other tasks/ projects assigned by manager
Yêu cầu
EXPERIENCE:
- Graduated from the university or college with the major in architect or related majors
- Knowledge of industry standards for interior, fit-out work
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in an interior fit-out company
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- English communication (required)
