JOB SUMMARY
Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System for knitted products (shoe uppers & bags), ensuring product quality meets customer expectations, market requirements, and fashion industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and related standards)
Manage quality control throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products
Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues; drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and monitor product quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing methods
Manage supplier quality performance and ensure incoming material quality
Collaborate with Production, Technical, Design, and Product Development teams to optimize product quality
Analyze quality data, customer feedback, and implement corrective actions
Lead, train, and develop the QA/QC team to build a strong quality culture
Ensure products meet customer requirements, industry regulations, and fashion market trends
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Fashion Management, or related fields.
Experience
5-8 years of Quality Management experience in knitting, footwear, bags, or fashion accessories.
Experience in establishing and managing Quality Management Systems.
Experience leading and developing QA/QC teams.
Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of knitted product manufacturing processes (shoe uppers, bags).
Familiar with ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, RCA, 8D, and other quality tools.
Strong quality inspection, testing, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of customer requirements and international quality standards.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Good English or Chinese communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with international footwear, bag, or fashion brands.
Knowledge of new knitting technologies and materials.
Six Sigma, CQE, or related certifications.
