Reports To: Vietnam Production Manager, QC Manager, & US Headquarters, San Francisco Office
Job Summary:
The QA/QC Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and ensuring products meet the standards required by the company. This role requires quality control skills, supplier relationship management, and the ability to monitor and improve QA/QC processes.
Responsibilities:
• Research and update product development progresses based on quality, price, and delivery requirements.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure the company's needs are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align QA/QC strategies with company goals.
• Track and report on QA/QC activities, supplier performance, and potential issues
• Communicate with multiple teams on product improvement activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products standards, and compliances.
• Meeting Via Zoom with US office and China office regularly.
Yêu cầu
• 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or QA/QC management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of materials, including: Metal, Glass , Mirror, Wood Crate, and packing materials.
• English is fluent in speaking and writing are preferred.
