Kobiton is founded and funded by KMS Technology, a global technology company with over 1,000 resources in Vietnam and the United States. Responsibilities
Leading testing team for software development project
Oversee all aspects of project quality including defining metrics, applying best practices, developing new tools and helping drive improvement as necessary to ensure quality goals are met
Plan/estimate project testing activities, manages creation and review of test-related artifacts
Coordinate to execute test, Monitor test execution and communicating the testing status or escalate issues to management and client representatives
Participate in internal UAT and external/client UAT if necessary
Work with test lead/manager onshore/offshore to define project schedule, test plans, select appropriate test approaches, test tool for assigned projects
Train/Manage testing engineers of project assigned, mentor and provide guidance to testing engineers, responsible for career development plan of team members.
Part of steering team in promoting testing excellence within organization and client.
Participates in R&D, training activities related to but not limited to software testing.
Plan recruitment, conduct interviews and make hiring decisions as needed
Coordinate activities across different organizational functions
Yêu cầu
Skills/knowledge you need to be successful:
Excellent knowledge of software testing methodology, solid knowledge and experience applying Context Driven Testing is a big plus
Excellent sense of quality assessment and quality improvement
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience applying Scrum
Experience working in full product life-cycle testing applying CI/CD is desirable
Hands-on experience on setting up testing toolset and metrics
Experience with managing testing team & working with US clients
Experience with defining/tailoring software testing process which can jointly be applied for the testing team & client's teams
Good human relations skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
Strong presentation and client relation skills
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-managed and self-motivated skills
Experience with testing web-based applications & mobile domain is a big plus
